that

replacement
unit
was
shipped

on-
site
visit

verify

everything
was
working.
Alan
took
the
AR's
to
solve
the
issues

our
USB
based
systems
as
well.
At
this
point
in
time
we
have
a
100%
fully
effective
solution,
and
without
Alan's
diligence
and
customer
service
attitude
we
would
not
have
been
able

do
this.
My
customer
is
now
extremely
happy
with
the
Avocent
solution,
and
we
are
currently
planning
on
purchasing
more
Avocent
devices.
The
Avocent
product
will
allow
us
to
solve
many
of
our
networking
issues,
and proceed with our lab improvement project.

these
items
would
not
have
happened

It

merger

data
centers.
There

faction
of
people
who
wanted
to
do
business
with
Dell
because
of
their
existing
relationship
and
Dell's technical support .
Don
Wessel
the
network
manager
went

bat
for
ComNet
citing
the
strong
technical
support
he
had
previously
received

ComNet
and
Avocent.
He
gave
a
detailed
account
of
how
you
helped
them
with
there
first
DS1800
installation
and
how
you
got his 4XP's working with the DS1800.
He
mentioned
that
you
were
always
available
when
he
needed
you
and
he
convinced
the
team
that
technical
support
was
a
non-issue
and
his
relationship
with
ComNet
and
Avocent
was
solid.
I
believe
that
your
commitment
to
support
Del
Webb
during
the
initial
installation
was
instrumental
in
us
getting
