OOBAXS MANAGEMENT TEAM Alan M. Frank (Founder, CEO, Director, Systems Engineer, Out of Band Specialist, and Technology Strategist)  Over   thirty   two   years’   experience   as   an   industry-leading   network   professional   in   large-scale technology    integration/deployment,    Alan    spent    the    past    18    years    focused    in    console-access command   &   control   systems   and   intelligent   power   technologies   to   data-centers   globally.      He   has played   a   significant   role   to   the   film   and   the   broadcast   industries   with   the   introduction   of   HD- KVM   technology   solutions   instrumental   in   exceeding   industry   standards,   easing   the   analog   to digital   transition,   and   by   providing   collaborative   advanced   technologies   to   increase   efficiencies in   the   production,   post-production,   reality,   and   live   broadcast   venues.      Alan   services   major accounts    throughout    the    world    such    as    BET    Networks,    Boeing,    Corus    Entertainment,    Cox Media,     Deluxe     Digital,     Disney,     Dolby     Labs,     GTAA     (Toronto     Pearson     Airport),     PDI Dreamworks,   Pandora   Films,   Skywalker   Sound   (Lucas   Films),   Shapeshifter   Post,   Technicolor SGS, Time Warner,  and the USDA Forest Service. Joe Clark, LCDR, USN (Ret)  (President/COO, Director) Joe   has   extensive   operations,   management   and   leadership   skills   spanning   over   four   decades.      He is   a   former   Navy   pilot,   serving   24   years.   His   experience   includes   Depot   Flight   Test,   Senior Standardization    Pilot    for    the    Navy    H-46,    Aircraft    Operations    and    Maintenance,    Quality Assurance,   Expeditionary   and   Amphibious   Operations   (with   the   United   States   Marine   Corps) and   was   the   Officer   in   Charge   of   a   forward   deployed   helicopter   detachment.   Prior   to   becoming an   officer,   he   was   an   aircraft   mechanic   and   helicopter   rescue   crewman.   After   the   Navy,   he   joined KPMG   Federal   Services   Consulting   for   10   years   and   Vision   Technologies   for   12   years.   He   has significant    project    and    contract    management    experience    with    the    Departments    of    Defense, Homeland    Security,    and    Energy    (limited    to    nuclear    environmental    forensics),    the    State    of California,   foreign   military   (Australia,   Canada,   Israel,   India,   Japan),   and   major   Department   of Defense   contractors   (Raytheon,   L3,   General   Dynamics,   Northrop,   Lockheed   Martin,   SAIC,   etc.). Joe’s   expertise   includes,   but   is   not   limited   to:      operations,   logistics,   production,   quality   assurance (AS-9102)    maintenance,    public    safety,    security,    surveillance,    environmental    restoration    and compliance.  Joe is an FAA licensed Commercial Pilot and Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic.  Fred Winters, Lt.Col. USMC (Ret) (Chief Strategy Officer, Director) Fred    brings    over    thirty-five    years    of    progressive    leadership,    team    building    and    operational planning   experience.      With   a   unique   background   in   multi-national,   multi-service,   and   multi- agency   operations   he   has   an   unusual,   proven   and   very   effective   approach   to   organizational structuring,    planning    and    decision    making.        In    addition    to    his    extensive    experience    in multifaceted   expeditionary   operations,   he   brings   nearly   a   decade   of   experience   in   Consequence Management,   Special   Operations,   Humanitarian   Assistance,   and   Disaster   Relief   Operations.      It was   his   vision   and   entrepreneurial   spirit   that   lead   to   the   inception   of   V2,   the   V2   iBMS™   and   its unique   business   model.      Fred   is   a   retired   United   States   Marine   having   served   22   years   as   an Infantry Officer. Mike    Aldridge,    U.S.    Army    Retired    (Program    and    Project    Management    Consultant    –    V2 Tactical Solutions LLC) Mike   has   over   30   years   in   the   Security   Technology   Industry,   most   recently   with   the   Department of   State   and   Bureau   of   Diplomatic   Security   holding   an   Overseas   Security   Installation   Services contract    sin    support    of    U.S.    Embassy    Compounds.    He    has    a    broad    range    of    international experience   and   has   been   responsible   for   foreign   contractor   management   and   supervision,   detailed physical   security   engineering   design   for   compounds   in   hostile   environments,   physical   security systems   installation   and   maintenance   (barriers,   gates,   bollards,   etc.),   force   protection   and   security plans,   network   physical   security   and   uninterrupted   power,   and   security   systems   for   the   protection of   critical   assets.      Mike   was   the   SECNET   11   advance   secure   wireless   engineer   (Army,   Navy, Marine    Corps,    Air    Force)    and    was    involved    in    the    development    of    the    Mini-Mutes    threat simulator   and   the   MICNS   and   Anti   Jam   remote   pilot   vehicle   system.      He   has   a   broad   range   of experience   in   wireless   remote   sensor   and   CCTV/Thermal   imaging   networks,   as   well   as   contract development   and   management.   In   addition   to   Department   of   State   and   Defense,   he   has   worked with   the   Homeland   Security   (Force   Protection   and   Border   Patrol),   and   the   State   of   Florida   office of   Emergency   Services   (hurricane   preparedness   and   relief).      Mike   is   a   former   Army   Command Sergeant    Major    with    a    combination    of    29    years    of    Active    and    Reserve    service    including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
